1. Nature of Services

InnerFlow Family Wellness provides non-clinical, educational, and wellness-based support for teens, adults, and families. Services may include consultations, strategy planning, executive function support, lifestyle guidance, and family systems coaching.

InnerFlow services are educational and consultative in nature and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

2. Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are a parent/legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor child. You agree to use this website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website content or proprietary materials is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, frameworks, assessments, guides, and methodologies (including the InnerFlow Method and Balance Map framework), is the intellectual property of InnerFlow Family Wellness, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Materials are provided for personal educational use only.

4. Non-Clinical Disclaimer

InnerFlow Family Wellness is not a medical, mental health, or educational therapy provider. Information provided through this website, consultations, downloads, emails, or social media is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or psychological advice.

Always consult a qualified licensed professional regarding medical, psychological, or educational concerns.

InnerFlow does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you or your child are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate professional care.

5. Time-Bank Service Model

InnerFlow operates on a prepaid consultation time-bank model. Purchased time may be applied to live sessions, intake review, analysis, planning, written recommendations, and follow-up support as applicable.

Preparation, review, and synthesis work are considered billable professional services and are deducted from purchased time.

6. Payments & Fees

All services must be paid in advance to reserve consultation time. Pricing and service descriptions are provided on the website or during booking. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or postponement of services.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; however, purchased packages will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

7. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions are reserved specifically for each client or family.

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be rescheduled
• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of reserved time
• Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable

Repeated missed or late sessions may result in termination of services.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and preparatory nature of services, refunds are limited.

Single Sessions:
Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Time-Bank Packages:
Refunds may be considered only for unused hours. Once analysis, planning, or consultations have begun, those portions are non-refundable. Processing fees may be deducted from approved refunds.

Completed sessions, reports, analyses, or delivered recommendations are non-refundable.

9. Expiration of Services

Prepaid consultation hours expire six (6) months from the purchase date unless otherwise specified in writing. Unused time after expiration is forfeited and not eligible for refund.

10. Communication Expectations

InnerFlow provides structured, professional communication. Messages and emails are typically responded to within 1–3 business days. InnerFlow does not provide real-time or crisis messaging support.

11. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

For minor clients, parents or legal guardians remain fully responsible for all medical, behavioral, educational, and lifestyle decisions. InnerFlow provides guidance and planning support but does not assume responsibility for implementation or outcomes.

12. Privacy & Data Use

We collect only the information necessary to provide services, including contact details, intake responses, and session notes. Information is used for scheduling, communication, and service delivery and is not sold or shared without consent, except when required by law.

While InnerFlow is not a HIPAA-covered entity, we follow privacy-minded practices to protect client information.

13. Safety & Mandatory Reporting

If safety concerns arise involving a minor or vulnerable individual, InnerFlow may recommend appropriate escalation or, if required by law, report concerns to the appropriate authorities. InnerFlow does not provide emergency intervention services.

14. Results & Outcomes

InnerFlow provides individualized educational guidance and planning; however, results vary based on implementation, environmental factors, and individual circumstances. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or improvements.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnerFlow Family Wellness, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, resources, or services. Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made based on provided information.

16. Third-Party Links & Resources

This website may contain links to third-party platforms or resources for convenience. InnerFlow is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

17. Modifications to Terms

InnerFlow Family Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
