InnerFlow Family Wellness – Refund Policy

At InnerFlow Family Wellness, services are customized, time-bank–based wellness and family support consultations. Because significant preparation, review, and synthesis work occurs before and after sessions, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Nature of Services

InnerFlow provides non-clinical, educational, and wellness-based support for teens, adults, and families. Services are not therapy, medical care, or crisis services.

All purchases secure professional time, analysis, and customized guidance tailored to your unique situation.

2. Discovery Sessions (Single Sessions)

Discovery Sessions are reserved professional consultation blocks.

Refund Terms

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance → eligible for reschedule

  • Cancellations within 24 hours → non-refundable

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) → non-refundable

Reason: time is reserved exclusively and preparation may already be completed.

3. Time-Bank Packages (Prepaid Hours)

Time-bank hours (e.g., 7-hour, 10-hour, or 15-hour packages) represent prepaid professional service time.

Refund Structure

Refunds are only considered for unused hours and follow this schedule:

Why: early hours include intensive review, synthesis, and planning work that cannot be reversed.

4. Completed Work Is Non-Refundable

The following are always non-refundable once delivered or started:

  • Intake review and synthesis analysis

  • Balance Map scoring and report creation

  • Written recommendations or planning documents

  • Lab insight or interpretation services

  • Any completed consultation session

These services involve professional time and intellectual deliverables that cannot be “returned.”

5. Expiration of Purchased Hours

Prepaid time-bank hours expire 6 months from purchase date unless otherwise specified.

Unused time after expiration is forfeited and not eligible for refund.

(This protects scheduling capacity and ensures continuity of care.)

6. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that families have busy schedules.

  • One complimentary reschedule allowed per session with 24+ hours notice

  • Additional late changes may incur a fee or use banked time

 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We are human-centered and reasonable. Refund exceptions may be considered in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Family crisis situations

  • Extenuating documented events

All exception decisions are made at the sole discretion of InnerFlow Family Wellness.

 

8. Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, clients agree to this refund policy. Chargebacks or disputes without first contacting InnerFlow to resolve concerns may result in termination of services and forfeiture of remaining time.

We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and collaboratively.

Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
